Low Countries

Across the English Channel and above France sit the Low Countries — Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. These countries are flat and most of their land lies below sea level.
The three countries work together. Since 1948, they’ve cooperated by allowing goods and trade to flow freely between the countries. The Low Countries are the most populated countries in Europe.
